The Engineering Services Examination (IES/ESE) conducted by UPSC is now a three-level exam with prelims, mains and personality test/interview.To appear in this exam a candidate should start his/her preparation at least before one year.Recently, the IES/ESE Prelims Exam was held on 6th January 2019, though the prelims exam is over yet the IES/ESE fever is still on among the candidates. The candidates, who are preparing for IES 2019 Mains Exam, here are few tips for them before starting Mains Exam Preparation.
